Delivery Timeframe: All orders are delivered within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within South Africa and courier availability.
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.
Shipping Locations: We currently deliver throughout South Africa. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate to avoid any delays.
Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns process:
Return Window: Returns are accepted within the first 7 days of purchase. The 7-day period begins from the date you receive your order.
Return Conditions: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In their original packaging
- Unworn and unwashed
- In the same condition as when you received them
- With all original tags attached

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
